9 week Figure Client Transformation

Here are some before and after pics of a client that came to me 9 weeks ago, wanting to get ready for her first Figure competition.

She's currently 1 week out (in the pics in the blue suit).

WOW , very big differance , good work Shelby and lots of work for her also. Big thumbs up to you both

It suck to see the differance in her implants though , one is way higfher than the other , very noticable when she is leaner

She hasn't complained at all.. she just sends me her updates and stats every 5 days, but when I backed off her cardio a bit this past week she said "thanks, I've been pretty tired".
She's definitely very motivated, and motivation raises one's tolerance for pain.

Thanks for the props everyone, I'll be sure to pass them on. I'll post pics from her show too after I get them.

Either that or she's not wearing the same bottom she was before (the blue one rides up a lot higher on her hips). The tattoo is still in the same spot relative to her belly button.

Its just amazing how we change when we lose BF

She ended up placing 2nd out of 16 at her show yesterday (and the class winner ended up taking the overall).

This was her first show and she damn near won it.

LOTS of hard work and dedication went into this.

I kinda feel bad for figure competitors that competed yesterday... At the olympia... the big bad freaks are up there posing.. it is a basic freak show.... Then they switch to figure... and out comes the figure line up.. its like.... What the hell is this? doesnt seem to be long in the same show...
