hoping to fall between 222 to 225lbs for the show so I can claim the 15 to 18lbs of muscle gained in 5 months...was 207lbs for last show..

First let me say that you are looking great and have made some drastic improvements. That being said I think it would be a shame for such a great build to go onstage and not shown completely. I would work on your posing with an expert so that once you are onstage you are showing ALL of your hard work. It's not that you have brutal posing but that if you just made some small tweaks you would look that much better.

It has been awesome to follow your progress and i hope you continue to keep us updated on your journey.
