Does it matter? Either one doesn't get you lean like that, DIET does!

Yes it does matter, to me. That's clearly why I asked a question.

Yes diet does get you to look like that, but AAS and supplements speed up that process a bit.

damn, Shelby that's a crazy transformation and only 10 weeks. So far I'm only like a 1 1/2 with you but enjoying it. I only hope to get that type of success.

The only supplements I have him taking are green tea and chocamine.

It really just comes down to setting up the diet properly, knowing how to manipulate macronutrients and cardio to get the hormonal response you're looking for.
