cheers guys, the comp in either 4/6 weeks is a regional qualifier for the nationals, im hoping to come in at about 85-90percent and hopefulli qualify, so then can save coming in peeeeeelend for the nationals in 10 weeks , the right arm mesured 20.2 yday. left measure 19.5

Hey xjpx fantastic size you have added there man.. I remember you posting doing the juniors you have added alot of mass man! Is this qualifier IFBB sanctioned? Will you be doing the IFBB world?

If I had to suggest anything at this point is to work on your side chest posing... I think you are flexing more your delt and not popping enough your chest... However I know posing without a mirror can sometimes be difficult
