New to Peptides Please Critique This Plan

Hey guys,

Looking for advice or input on the following protocol. I am 41 years old, currently cruising on test only.

ghrp-2 150mcg
cjc-1295 no dac 150mcg

I stick the above 2x per day. 1 hour after a 'no carb' breakfast, then usually at 3 pm after a 'no carb' lunch.

Now I ran 60mcg of igf1-lr3 5 days a week for 3 weeks the first time I took it. (30mcg each bicep,of course)

I am about to run it again.....but was thinking to shoot it 3x per week and run it a bit longer as compared to 5 days a week on a 3 week run.

On occasion I will squeeze in an extra ghrp\ghrh shot....if so I do that one right after I work out....then I eat lunch a bit later.

Any tips or suggestions appreciated! Thanks, Mack.

First thing in the morning then pre or post workout and right before bed

And dont forget to avoid insulin spike that can reduce the gh pulse[/lang]
