What do you guys think? I'm wanting fat loss/improved composition. 5iu pre workout only on a 4 day training split. 4iu a day mon-fri. I'll be cycling aas 4 weeks on/off. Thanks guys
No sir, that was 2 separate protocols I'm considering. Either slightly higher on training days or 5 days a week. I think I'm going with eli's
Oh ok. I prefer pinning ED (2x a day), but any method is better than none. However, I'm not a fan of generic HGH. I don't know about elis, but I have never tried any generic that held a candle to pharm. Even at a high dose of generics it wouldn't be worth it IMO.
Eli's are pretty damn good in my opinion ive used plenty of US pharma grade and its not on par but its pretty close. Rips are also good, other than those two i wouldnt use any other generics.
I always take before bed and latley been eating poptarts or other sugary food before gym drinking protein thur workout and been getting bigger and leaner thur this carb manipation.
