That's the problem, there is no straight forward answer.
There are peptides for various uses. I suggest that if you are going to use peptides for personal use (which I don't condone) you at least do your body a favour and do some research.
I hate to come across rude but don't be lazy and expect everyone else to do the thinking for you.
Peptides are great for research. My favorite to research are ghrp2, ipa, and cjc. The research has shown 3x per day administration is amazing, along with igf1. Pm me if you need anymore help brother.

I spent a small fortune on peptides last year. Looking back I think they helped a little bit but they werent worth the headache of shooting up 5 times a day and I probably tried all of them at one point or the other. You can take 5-10 ius of quality GH just once a day and that will blow all peptides out of the water. So now im just sticking to my steroids and GH.
Saturation dose is 100mcg of GHRH (Mod GRF-1) and 100mcg of GHRP (2, 6, or IPA). Taken together to create a pituitary pulse. I ran peptides for years and I don't miss taking them. Exogenous GH is superior in my personal experience, even at low doses.
