So for my workouts, and it's always been the case with me, my shoulders are particularly a pain element for no matter what part of the body I'm exercising. So if you like, they're the weakest link.
I'm not sure if it's normal or what, but typically for anything and especially chest lifts...my shoulders give me jip first.
Anyhow, I was wondering what is the best thing out there for injecting into localised muscles - so I can give my shoulder muscles a regular dose to assist them in repairing faster, building quicker and being generally stronger? I want to try something to increase the strength and stamina in my muscles, and have them repair more quickly between sessions.
I guess there is not such thing as a wonder cure, but open to try something...I read about this T500 stuff?
