Gh/IGF1LR3 cruise.

I am cruising with 4 iu's GH a day, 2 iu's upon waking-up, and 2 early evening, on empty stomach on non workout days. Workout days, I pin 4 iu's right before workout.
Non workout days I am shooting 40mcg of the IGF1 LR3 in triceps, 20 mcg each side. Workout days, I do shoot 5 minutes before training the triceps. That is 3 times a week.
I need some feeds on this protocol, as well after how long should I see obviously some results, especially triceps growth since I am concentrating on triceps with the IGF?

Correction. I do shoot IGF 1 only on workout days. 3 times a week, none on off days.

I used 100 mcg bilaterally in triceps after training while crusing and off my hgh.When I blast and used the hgh the igflr3 kicks in.I got great results last time.I take off 6-8 weeks on hgh every 8 months.

I'd up the dose of the LR3. You can take more without desensitization since you are only hitting it 3x week on workout days.
