I am cruising with 4 iu's GH a day, 2 iu's upon waking-up, and 2 early evening, on empty stomach on non workout days. Workout days, I pin 4 iu's right before workout.
Non workout days I am shooting 40mcg of the IGF1 LR3 in triceps, 20 mcg each side. Workout days, I do shoot 5 minutes before training the triceps. That is 3 times a week.
I need some feeds on this protocol, as well after how long should I see obviously some results, especially triceps growth since I am concentrating on triceps with the IGF?
