What's most effective - BCP157 longer run/higher dose or BPC/TB500 shorter and lower?

I'm looking to order some peptides for healing of tendons and am unsure whether to orderore BPC 157 and run it
for a longer duration @ 5mg ew for say 8-10 weeks, maybe even higher @ say 10mg for the first 2 weeks or maybe 6 weeks @ 5mg and 6 weeks @ 5mg of TB500 alongside it.

I've read that TB500 is more of an anti inflammatory which leaves me wondering if my money would be better spent on more BPC 157.

Any thoughts?
 
I will go shorter does especially as it wont be that effect long term if you are working out using the injured tendons. There was a bpc study that showed that BPC is mostly effective if the intended area is rest. According to the study most people using BPC and working out with the body part they are looking to heal with get only 10% - 15% benefit from it.

So short term is the way to go and no working out with the injured area.
 
Strangely, I didn't think of that lol

It didn't even cross my mind. I haven't been training my biceps directly but have to put strain on the main injured tendons at work from time to time but will continue to avoid training biceps and be careful on things like cable rows, pulldowns etc.

Im not sure what an adequate, reasonable timeframe to run this stuff?
