hMP is the strongest systemic Myostatin inhibitor; althewhile, ACE-083 is a powerful localized inhibitor. Follistatin is your body's "natural" myostatin inhibitor, but Follistatin has other mechanisms for muscle growth, meaning Follistatin is complex and is not just a simple myostatin inhibitor. It forms complexes with other proteins and is part of a complex poly-vocal code.
Now Follistatin 344 is a modified form of Follistatin, and it has been modified for selectivity in striated muscle. As a consequence of this, Follistatin 344 has a reduced affinity for myostatin altogether; whereas Follistatin 288 has an increased affinity for myostatin but is not selective.

The question that remains is "can you obtain Follistatin 344 that has been correctly sequenced and folded"?

Follistatin is delicate, and it is best to use it all once it has been constituted, but people will also tell you that you can dose it at 100mcg/d for ten days. There is no exact dosing protocol...you can take a lot of it, but you'll certainly want to start low and slowly increase the dose.

Myostatin Inhibition is a part of the solution. You'll hear people complain about the price, but that's just how it is. The next huge thing is Myoblast Transfer Therapy, and that is going to cost you too. The price just keeps going up, and it looks like competitors will have to get sponsored by a real lab.

I ran follistatin at various doses from very tiny multiple doses to huge doses of upwards of 200mcg, I ran it for 6weeks,6 months, and nearly a whole year,

I nearly died because of a reaction I got from it one day, and that put me off.

I gained about 3lbs off it.. to change mysotatin markers permanently I think as ive mentioned before ed injections for upwards of a thousand days would be needed to slowly lower and reset markers.

If anyone actually can afford to do this I would be extremely interested.
