I have some Ipam and cjc with dac first time for the cjcwithdac . Ive always used and read mostly that 200mcg of each per dose is what you should use.. I was thinking has anyone tried to use 100mcg instead of 200 would the results really be different or is 200+ whats needed Ive read about some of the peptides and saturation amount with certain ones I guess Ipam doesn't have a saturation point but still haven't met or talked directly to anyone who has used a peptide higher to get really good results.
 
Ipam is wuitev week, the more the better really. 500 or do is good. Dac can be taken once or twice a week. 4mg weekly is a good starting point

Oh wow Im going to need more only 4 of each at 2mg each with the dac if your taking it 1 or 2 times weekly is there a good time to do the doses?

with the ipam if 500 is the daily amount could 250 be split twice to get 500 or should 500 be a minium for each dose I like doing a few times daily pre /post w/o and bed time.

Most people do dac pour beef as some get tired. I do it when ever I remember our have time as I get no sides. 500 isn't the daily amount, it's the amount pet shot. 500-1000 pre bed is good. I'd personally just get sine ghrp2 for all other times add is a much more potent gh releaser and 100mcg does the job. Ipam does not interfere with sleep like other GHRP's can do worry taking a big dose at night. I take 1000 first piss of the night and 1000 second on the days I use it. Wake up feeling real refreshed.in also on 14mg of dac though so pushing things currently. Holding weight but leaning up on 5000 plus calories

I'd do your Ipam 150mcg 3 times a day. Preferably right before your workout. Avoid carbs 1 hour before the shot and 20 minutes after. If you can afford it, I'd boom dose before bed. I loved doing 1000mcg or more. Sleep and recovery was amazing. The doses you are talking about for the cjc are without DAC. That's 3x a day. I'd start with at least 4mg a week if not more with the dac. When you take it is when it's convenient for you. The sides are temporary but can hinder any plans you might have for a bit. I liked doing mine about an hour before bed. You should really look into Mk677. Underground Peptides is running 50% off right now. The mk will be a great addition to this cycle and then you don't really need the Ipam. Just boom dose it on workout days for rest and recovery.

I used elite peps for this last one there very good to and got buy one get one just starting there products Ill see how I like . there hghfrag is 5mg is nice I always got 2mg frag

Do you mean boom dose it around workout or pre bed?Another option I like is boom dose the ipam the night before workout for better sleep and ensure there is none of the mk tiredness workout day that can occur for a lot of people. Then ghrp2 pre and post.Then high dose the mk the night after workout as your be fucked and sleep well regardless. Ime 50mg of mk the night after legs or back makes me wake up feeling like I didn't even train the day before. Play around and see what works best. There is no right or wrong, just what suits

Pre bed. That's not a bad idea starting the day before training. These are new to me as well an am experimenting. I feel I like hitting the high dose better at bed than doing 3 smaller ones through the day.
