Is there an equivalent of No Dac vs With Dac?

Hmm, that's tough to answer. From my understanding the mod-grf will create a higher gh peak than DAC (assuming that a ghrp is used alongside the mod), while the DAC will keep gh elevated longer. I think it depends on what you are looking for, and when you would be able to pin your peptides. For example, mod-grf is more beneficial if you want a high gh peak right away, like around fasted training or cardio. Sorry if that doesn't answer your question, maybe someone more knowledgeable has more insight.

No DAC (pulsator approach) is used preferably for fat loss as the overall IGF numbers never are elevated quite long enough. DAC on the other hand is well liked on this board because of its GH like feel and IGF numbers.

I personally feel they do different things and serve different purposes. Just my 2 cents.

Jimmy that does help. I have studied peptides on and off for years but when I very first got into it the GH bleed from DAC was "bad" and I was told to stay away from it...so I did lol.

So do you feel DAC is best used for mass building? Could you get any type of pulsing effect by adding GHRP2 before cardio/training to get a pulse like effect?

I'm going to be running MK at night if that changes anything.

I Definitely agree. They do different things and serve different purposes.
Cjc no dac with a GHRP 3 times a day gives 3 nice high peaked GH pulses with little to no pituitary desensitization, and no increase in fasted blood glucose.

Long acting GH secratogues like MK677 increases the amplitude of all GH pulses around the clock.
CjcDAC secretes HGH all the time in a bleed fashion but it still allows for GH pulses as well.
The longer acting compounds seem superior for fat loss and mass but they do elevate fasting blood glucose.

I don't think you can equate a certain dose of cjcDAC to cjc no dac dosing.

If using MK677, then I would think adding cjcDAC would be best for synergy being that it's a GHRH, and MK677, although not technically a GH peptide, is identical to GHRP6 invivo and invitro.
MK677 is a non peptidyl GH secretagogue so technically it is unique to a GHRP and GHRH.

I still think the best thing we have to go by is serum HGH and IGF1 bloodwork.
25mg MK677 twice a day with 10mg cjcDAC per week got an IGF1 score in the 600's. I can't remember if he also used ghrp2 or GHRP6, but I think he was.

DAC 4mg week (probably broken up 2mg 2x per week)
GHRP 2 100mcg upon waking and pre-workout

Is there any new evidence that going over 100mcg of GHRP 2 is beneficial??? Last i read Dat said that was the saturation point and more wasn't necessary

Gonna try this for 2 months then switch to No Dac and Ghrp2 3 times per day.

I know of one hw pro in here that does 400mcg of ghrp-2 3x a day.

And I thinkbyou have a good plan. Keep GH levels elevated with dac, and spike it pre workout/ pre cardio. I think that is probably the most effective way to use peptides.
 
I read Alpha's thread right when it started and I think 150-200mcg gave virtually the best bloodwork. I know 100mcg is saturation so why take 400mcg?


Anything new out showing that is better than say 200mcgs?

100mcg is the best bang for your buck... From one of Dat's post I remember him talking about diminishing returns.

For example (and just throwing completely unscientific numbers out here):

100mcg GHRP = 100 "units" GH
200mcg GHRP = 150 "units" GH
200mcg GHRP = 175 "units" GH
And so on...
