Measuring peptide doses

Hey everyone, I have some questions on how to calculate exact dosages. I have 1mg igf-1 des, I want 20mcg a day. How many ml are to be diluted and ius in a 100iu 1cc syring? I also have 5mg Tb4 (tb500). I want to use 100mcg per day. How many ml total and ius do I need per shot. The last one is 2mg of pge1. I need 3mcg a day from that. 1mg des: add 1cc bacteriostatic water. 10ius equals 100mcg
5mg TB4: add 2.5ccs bacteriostatic water. 5ius equals 100mcg
2mg PGF1: good luck being able to only remove 3mcg since the vials only holds 3.33ccs bacteriostatic water. Add 3.33ccs bac water so 1iu equals 6.7mcg PGE1, unless it's in a larger than traditional peptide vial.
