How long for Ghrp-6 to kick in?

Not for gh purposes. I suffer from gastroparesis, delayed gastric emptying. It's a very difficult disorder to manage and live with, no true effective medications and the current medications carry fairly nasty side effects.

Been doing a lot of research on the condition and found many journal articles on ghrp-6 treating gastroparesis more effectively than all currently medications because ghrp increases intestinal transit time in addition to stomach contractility and mobility.

For anyone who used it, how long after injection do you feel yourself get extremely hungry like its kicked in? I mentioned it to my GI doc but he won't even entertain a discussion because he can't perscribe it, yada yada and all the docs want to do is surgery for a stomach pacemaker which I won't do because I can manage my disorder through a liquid diet fairly well.

Ever try senna tea leaf? My ex GF had chronic constipation and that helped her quite a bit.

Gastroparesis is extremely different from constipation. It involves nerve issues. I've tried every natural remedy and every prescription route I'm willing to entertain. One medication I use that is considered experimental works decent but increases prolactin and actually breast milk product in females and is high risk to prolong the qtc interval.

i usually notice it withing 20-30 minutes. i suffer from really bad IBS that a lot of time comes with constipation and i can say this definitely makes a noticeable difference in gastric emptying times

I don't suffer from anything but it is fairly fast acting. Although it's not something extremely noticable with myself. OP perhaps due to your medical condition it won't have the same effect it has on most others. Although dose is an important factor so if 100mcg doesn't cut it I would up it by 100mcg to see if there is a difference (up to about a 400mcg max).
