GH Frag reconstitution

Hi fellas, I tried searching and couldn't find the answer, so I wanted to ask a question that's probably been answered over and over. I just ordered 2 bottles of 176 Frag. I also have a couple bottles of Bac water. I just need to know the proper constitution of it and how to run it best. I usually run my GH first thing in the morning and recon with 1 cc of bac water. Is Frag the same or different??? Thanks so much fellas.
