Another gh/slin timing thread

I've read varying protocols, but have yet to see any consensus. Some are saying gh immediately pwo, followed 30min later by slin and then a meal while others say split the gh.

My goal is the same as everyone else - I want to induce the most muscle growth without any fat gain. I workout in the evening, so lately I have switched to using ghrp-6 a couple times during the day and pre-wo and then 6iu slin immediately pwo, followed by a shake and then 5iu gh about 20 minutes later with a meal 20 minutes after that. I see no change and appear to be getting fatter.

Any suggestions on a better protocol?
 
And what if I wanted to add in a little (i.e., 25mcg) T3 to help prevent fat gain, when should I take that?
 
The slin should be taken with the GH and the t3 should be taken on an empty stomach. Easiest in the morning when you wake up and wait an hour to eat, or just take it in the middle of the night when you use the restroom.
