Slin lethargy is unbareable.

Using peptides with Gh and doing humalog 3x per week on workout days. 2 of those days are my off days from work and I wake up and take my first 6ius log and train about 4-5hrs later and the 2nd 6iu's is pwo. Im so exhaused when I take the slin in the morning though. Is it just as anabolic if I took my slin pwo and then the 2nd dose of log 5hrs after that?

I've always taken my slin PWO with my hgh to help get me into an anabolic state .
Can I ask why you arent taking it PWO?

I edited my post. I meant I take it on my 2 off days from work, not the gym. I use log and do 2 6iu shots with GH. One is morning and other is pwo. When im off from work I usually train early afternoon, thats why im wondering if I can just take my first shot pwo and my 2nd 5hrs later since its still early. Or should a shot be taken in the morning.
 
:confused:Why take it if it makes you feel bad? Doesn't make any sense to me?

the theory would say you would get the most benefit if you take it after as the anabolic state you want to leave your self in is going to be most effective after training so you can be in a positive state of repair and get the nutrients to the now overloaded muscles that are going to need the nutrients that it can shuttle to them.
 
I believe that taking slin 2x each day your using it is optimal because it does shuttle nutrients to muscles more efficiently and it is also needed with gh to force your muscles to produce igf-1. The lethargy is terrible, but it's something you gotta deal with.

by the looks of it he's not using it for the sole use of the pwo usage with hgh so the mechnical overload converts it to IGF.

Thats the same reason I asked initially as I only really use it PWO as thats when its gonna put you in the best anabolic state.

One point though, How much Hgh you using cos HGH makes me lethargic as hell and are you only using it pwo or at other points throughout the day

I originally was just gonna do my full dose of log at 10-12iu's pwo but Dat suggests that makes the GH less effective and its best to stay under 7iu's, thats why I split it up in (2) 6iu doses. Morning and pwo. Both with GH. Now, the problem is the morning shot. Makes me wayyyy too tired for when its time to train, thats why I was wondering if I could do my 1st shot pwo and the 2nd 5hrs after that shot. I just wanna make sure thats just as anabolic as if I had the morning shot.

I started the GHRP-6 + CJC 1295 routine the other week I was talking 100mcg of both 3x a day and I noticed on the second week I was feeling so tired all the time.. I spoke to someone who knows a fair bit abit about these peptides and he said to try and reduce the dosage.. the pulses of human growth was too much for me so I reduced the dosage and I feel fine now..

I am now doing GHRP-6 100mcg + CJC 1295 50mcg x3 times a day and I feel a lot better and my joints aren't aching so much...

R U sure it is the insulin that is making you tired?

yeah the GHRP/CJC and slin/GH all are peptides that can make you very tired..Each one of these makes me tired whenever I take them...But I try to deal with it the best I can...

I know gh causes lethargy. I'm not sure about slin.
 
Slin shouldn't make you tired. Eat more fast acting carbs. This is NOTHING to play with. Get a glucometer and test yourself. Data doesn't lie.

No. I just always thought a morning shot was the 2nd most benefital time other than pwo.

The peptides def make me tired, but the slin is much worse. Literally like 1hr after the shot and a good 4hrs after that im exhaused. And im taking in plenty of carbs with it. I think its normal for slin to make you tired though, thats why its not suggested pre workout.

ive done slin pre workout with some meals,,,it wasnt too bad,

i think you need to lower your GH dose if you want to avoid lethargy....are you growing THAT much from your protocol that you cant lower it?

Id rather keep growing and bear through it :) I really only need to wake up preworkout. A good 400mg caffiene and a no drink helps. Plus im only doing 6iu's GH ed. I did that in the past but I did the 3x per week method, this time I do 2iu's 3x per day with peps and mannnnn it makes a diff in lethargy but im staying much leaner while gaining size.

No, slin is not suggested pwo because of the fact that it can and in most cases will make you go hypo because exercising lowers blood glucose levels along with the slin. I'd never recommend anyone using slin pre workout simple because going hypo is very easy to do during this time and unless you have glucose tabs/dextrose on you, you're pretty much fucked.

No, slin is not suggested pre workout because of the fact that it can and in most cases will make you go hypo because exercising lowers blood glucose levels along with the slin. I'd never recommend anyone using slin pre workout simple because going hypo is very easy to do during this time and unless you have glucose tabs/dextrose on you, you're pretty much fucked. And even then after you manage down to slam down some dex, you will most likely be dizzy as fuck which results in your workout being cut short.
