advice for 10IU GH ED

After all the new research i'd say split it up like the 4,3,3 method like you mentioned and try and keep the shots around 4-5hrs apart. I'd even do the same on training days. maybe 3 morning 4 pwo and 3 early evening or something.
 
It really doesn't make that much of a difference in results IMO whether or not you split it up or take it all at once.
 
I believe in dat's thread he mentions that it takes the body about 3 hours after your last shot of GH clears before your body could use another dose of GH efficiently. So depending on the size of your dose you would adjust the time in between shot accordingly. I was looking into going up to 8 IU's per day. The most effective way to do so according to Dat's theory was to do 4iu's first thing in the morning and the other 4 iu's about 10-12 hours later. Hore this helps.

sorry to jump in on this, so if i take 2iu per day, does it make sense to split that small dose as well?
 
GH should be dosed so it creates Pulsation. So if you gonna take 10iu per day. Do it all at once PWO. Thats according to Dat to improve muscle mass

the EOD schedule reduces the sides, and give really good gains, most people that get the unbearable sides, are running ED protocols. Up to you!

While I feel this is a waste of my time I will say SniperSteve already told you. DAT was speaking of pulsing GHRH and GHRP, in conjunction with HGH 15 to 30 minutes after the peptides. You would do this three times a day, this would closely resemble the male pattern of GH release. This is pulsing the doses.

Now, as JM told you and Hawkmoon has a thread about, it probably does not matter, you would likely get good results regardless, so there is no right or wrong here, you have to use the peptides/HGH however they work for you.

As for the conversation you and snipersteve had, you may want to read the pulsation part again, as far as pulsation snipersteve was correct.

Take it with a grain of salt, I don't know why I am even replying to this.
 
ive been looking for a study and i cant find the one i read b4 and havent come across any that have proven you or myself wrong. but think about this. you said dose all at once, then you said "If you dose to frequently, you will get a blunting effect until your previous GH administration has dissipated." wounldnt it make since that if dosing(2-3iu) every 4-5hrs and giving receptors time to refresh make more since than dosing all at once. because their are only so many receptors, but yet you say u you need time off so u wont get a "blunting effect." you contradicted yourself in 2 post. either way i've got my protocol im running and youve got yours. so.......
