Hand Cramping from HGH

Forearms and hands are cramping while training. Currently on 12IU blue tops. 4IU 3x per day.

Had to cut my back workout short today, got to the point where I couldn't even fully close my hands. There suprisingly not holding water too.


Anything to combat this?
 
Cramps in general are usually a sign that you need to drink more water.
 
This isn't something as basic as a need for more water. Right now I am at a minimum of 2.5 gallons of water per day between


Water
Milk
Meal replacement shakes
Gatoraide


This is a direct result from the HGH
 
gh will do that do ya. I have never gone as high as 12iu a day, but if would i am sure that would happen to me also..

maybe you should lower the dose for a few weeks and then work your way up..
 
Yes, this is a side effect of gh when taking as much as you are. Lower your dose to 8 IUs per day, then gradually increase each week and this will give you a break. Just remember whe n you get back up to 12 IUs a day again you will back in the same boat again! good luck
 
Ok TY guys. Has anyone come across any supplements that help alleviate pumps also? I dropped it down to 4IU actually and am going to work my way back up. However the pumps are still unbearable. Lower back, wrist/forearms, as well as whatever muscle I am training.
 
Back off the dose to about 8ui's for a while and work your way up. I ran 15iu's once and had the same issue. I couldnt hold a wrench at work. I litterally would drop it. At night I couldnt sleep. It felt like electricity running through my hands all nigh long.
 
So I have been down to 8IUs nor for a few days 4 in the morning and 4 post workout and the sides are simply changing. I have had an extreme lower back pump now for over 36 hours.


Also another question

I read in Dats thread that your body cannot use another dose of GH optimally until 4 hours after the previous dose but it only stays active in your system for 20 minutes?

Can someone please explain this to me?

It has got to the point I cannot close my hands at all, specially the middle and index finger.

To make things worse, I am working locally in a acupuncture hospital and I am struggling to get the needles in the patients!

Any help?

I have already reduced my intake to only 2iu daily of Green Tops.

If I were you I would go off for a while til these sides subside and then start back up again at 2IU's per day and slowly increase. You can still continue your AAS. Besides you don't want to loose your freakin job, that means no income, no gear or growth, and that would suck ass! Good Luck

Yes. Anadrol at 150mgs - 200mgs a day. Lean slightly forward when doing heavy squats and I guarantee you would laugh at your pussy-assed hand cramps if you could only make it the bench across the gym to sit down. :)

"Oh the good old days when all I had were pussy-assed hand cramps," you will think to yourself...but right before the first tear falls you will look in the mirror and think "damn! Three weeks of drol w/ a base of test and NPP blew me the fuck up...maybe it IS worth it." So you manage to suck it up. Take in 500 grams of protein a day... and you grow.

And you go out and buy some of these and you get through it all.
