My Peptide Log Plan for 2012

Hi All,

I thought i'd make a single thread to track my progress over this year (2012).

I am sure some of you have seen my log thread for IGF-1 LR3 and clearly the results speak for themselves. I don't know how many people have run this all together constantly.

I'd just like to state a couple of things.

Age: 23

Current Weight: 72kg/158lb

Workout: Currently doing a full body strength program 4 days per week.

Diet: Eat very clean, no fried foods, no soda, no chocolate or sugar. I am aiming for 3500-4000 cal per day.

Current Lifts 1RM:
Deadlift - 122 / 269lb
Squat - 116kg / 255lb
Bench - 85kg / 187lb


I have NEVER taken any AAS :) So this plan will be a very good guide as to the effects of the combination of a good diet, solid workout plan and peptides.

Supplements:
Applied Nutriceuticals - HGH Up (3 Capsules)**
Optimum HydroWhey - Morning (1 scoop)
Nutrex T-UP (Test Booster) - 5 capsules with breakfast
Optimum HydroBuilder - Afternoon
Con-Cret (Creatine) - 2 capsules (non workout days)
Nutrex T-UP (Test Booster) - 5 capsules with lunch
Optimum HydroWhey (1 scoop) & Natural Casein Powder (2 scoops) - An hour before bed.
MHP Glutamine-SR (12hr release one scoop) - The same time as bed time protein shake

Just before bed:
Applied Nutriceuticals - HGH Up (3 Capsules)**
Optimum ZMA
Omega 3/6 Capsules
Fusion Bodybuilding - Shut Eye - 4 Capsules (2mg melatonin, L-Arginine 1000mg) <--- in case you haven't heard of it, awesome product if you want a solid nights sleep :)

Workout days:

Pre-Workout
Carb Meal + Optimum Hydrowhey (1 Scoop)
Nutrex - T-UP (Test Booster) - 5 Capsules
Con-Cret (Creatine) - 4 Capsules
USP Labs Jack3d - 3 scoops


Post-Workout:
Carb Meal (Brown Rice or Wheat Bix or Oats)
Optimum HydroWhey (1 Scoop)
MHP Glutamine-SR

I find with the test-booster and creatine, every couple of months the effects wear off; for test-booster I switch to USP Labs Pink Magic with USP Labs Prime and creatine I switch to Thermolife C-Bol.

** The reason I starred the HGH-Up, f*cked if I know if it actually works, it got good reviews, so I figured I'd just take it anyway probably a waste of money.


Now onto the good stuff that you guys only probably care about :)


Peptide: IGF-1 DES
Dosage: 100mcg pre-workout bi-lateral.
Injection Administration: IM

Peptide: IGF-1 LR3
Dosage: 100mcg post workout daily for 30 days, cycle and repeat every other month.
Injection Administration: SUB-Q

Peptide: Ipamorelin
Dosage: 250mcg, twice daily, once upon waking up empty stomach, and once before bed, empty stomach.
Injection Administration: SUB-Q

Peptide: CJC 1295 w/o DAC or commonly referred to as MOD GRF1-29
Dosage: 100mcg, twice daily, once upon waking up, empty stomach and once before bed, empty stomach.
Injection Administration: SUB-Q

Hormone: Omnitrope HGH - Pharmaceutical Grade
Dosage: 1.25iu 10 minutes after injecting the IPAM/MOD GRF1-29 twice daily.
Injection Administration: SUB-Q

Tonight I had some free time, so I calculated and made a plan of roughly what I will be up for cost wise for the duration of this one year peptide plan, I am not discussing where I am sourcing it from, it should be used as a guide and pricing will differ based on your supplier and any possible relationship you may have with a sponsor.

Protocol looks solid man! BUT, where the heck are you getting your peps?????

Seriously man, go with Ergopep! Same quality peps, more quantity per vial (on CJC and IPAM = 5mg per vial) for cheaper. Seriously man, you will save a ton of $$$ and get the same if not better results. This will actually allow you to increase dosage if you need/want to without worrying about getting a 2nd or 3rd job!

Guys, I'm currently at gym, resting between sets.

Far out, today is my first day taking IGF-1 DES I had no idea how potent this stuff is. I took 3 scoops of jack3d, injected 100mcg bilaterally (50 in each pec). It's either too strong or the combination of jack3d and DES is too much I can feel my heart beating out of my chest, so much so it's hindering my endurance. Strength is still there but I feel weird... I have an awesome pump in my chest though. I'll take photos after the workout.
 
Day 28 taking IGF-1 LR3 Post Workout, Day 1 with IGF-1 DES 100mcg Pre-workout

Alright I'm home now and finished my workout. It was much better towards the end, my heart stopped racing half way through :) I think the Pre-workout and DES were a bit much, either cut back on the pre-workout dose or the DES.

This is my log from just IGF-1 LR3 for those that haven't seen it and are interested, I won't be posting in there anymore since I've added DES, so that was purely the results of LR3 post workout, now I have added DES to the stack. My IGF-1 LR3 Log

So I haven't trained for 2 days now as I have come down with a head cold :banghead: but still taking LR3 and IPAM/CJC 2x Daily. (250mcg/100mcg).

I don't know if this photo does justice, but I can see each day me getting leaner and leaner, people are asking questions, I love the peps don't get me wrong, but I am starting to not look natural lol (what do you guys think?)

Tell them to mind their own f'ing business! haha. I think you look great man. Just make some shit up if they start grilling you.

Oh yeah, I just say, I've just been training harder and eating more, getting adequate sleep etc. but I guess they have a reason to question, if you compare me now vs 30 days ago it's a big change. They are probably just curious!
 
Ok here's an update. I have been sick with a cold for the past week and haven't been able to train until today. I felt a little weaker but I think I am still putting on size, i'm up another kg.

Yesterday I injected 500mcg IPAM/100mcg MOD GRF 1-29 twice, today IGF-1 DES 50mcg into each pec and post workout IGF-1 LR3 50mcg into each delt.

I am trying the IM administration (of IGF-1 DES & LR3) for a while as I am all of a sudden getting swelling at the injection site and some minor lumps under my stomach (i'd say it is from the IPAM/CJC1295 since it stings when I inject).

Tonight I injected 50mcg into each pec (IGF-1 DES) pre-workout, then IGF-1 LR3 into my delts post workout.

I am still taking 250mcg IPAM / 100mcg CJC 1295 w/o DAC twice daily followed by 0.75iu 10 minutes after. I can definitely see myself leaning out, even though I am stacking on more mass at the same time.

Hey bro. Not saying you have to or anything, but have you thought about adding regular MGF to the mix? Something like your normal DES pre workout, the after take MGF, the around 30 minutes later add introduce the IGF LR3. I'm just about your age and I've found it to be pretty cool.
