I thought i'd make a single thread to track my progress over this year (2012).
I am sure some of you have seen my log thread for IGF-1 LR3 and clearly the results speak for themselves. I don't know how many people have run this all together constantly.
I'd just like to state a couple of things.
Age: 23
Current Weight: 72kg/158lb
Workout: Currently doing a full body strength program 4 days per week.
Diet: Eat very clean, no fried foods, no soda, no chocolate or sugar. I am aiming for 3500-4000 cal per day.
Current Lifts 1RM:
Deadlift - 122 / 269lb
Squat - 116kg / 255lb
Bench - 85kg / 187lb
I have NEVER taken any AAS
So this plan will be a very good guide as to the effects of the combination of a good diet, solid workout plan and peptides.
Supplements:
Applied Nutriceuticals - HGH Up (3 Capsules)**
Optimum HydroWhey - Morning (1 scoop)
Nutrex T-UP (Test Booster) - 5 capsules with breakfast
Optimum HydroBuilder - Afternoon
Con-Cret (Creatine) - 2 capsules (non workout days)
Nutrex T-UP (Test Booster) - 5 capsules with lunch
Optimum HydroWhey (1 scoop) & Natural Casein Powder (2 scoops) - An hour before bed.
MHP Glutamine-SR (12hr release one scoop) - The same time as bed time protein shake
Just before bed:
Applied Nutriceuticals - HGH Up (3 Capsules)**

Omega 3/6 Capsules
Fusion Bodybuilding - Shut Eye - 4 Capsules (2mg melatonin, L-Arginine 1000mg) <--- in case you haven't heard of it, awesome product if you want a solid nights sleep

Pre-Workout
Carb Meal + Optimum Hydrowhey (1 Scoop)
Nutrex - T-UP (Test Booster) - 5 Capsules
Con-Cret (Creatine) - 4 Capsules
USP Labs Jack3d - 3 scoops
Post-Workout:
Carb Meal (Brown Rice or Wheat Bix or Oats)
Optimum HydroWhey (1 Scoop)
MHP Glutamine-SR
I find with the test-booster and creatine, every couple of months the effects wear off; for test-booster I switch to USP Labs Pink Magic with USP Labs Prime and creatine I switch to Thermolife C-Bol.
** The reason I starred the HGH-Up, f*cked if I know if it actually works, it got good reviews, so I figured I'd just take it anyway probably a waste of money.
Now onto the good stuff that you guys only probably care about
Peptide: IGF-1 DES
Dosage: 100mcg pre-workout bi-lateral.
Injection Administration: IM
Peptide: IGF-1 LR3
Dosage: 100mcg post workout daily for 30 days, cycle and repeat every other month.
Injection Administration: SUB-Q
Peptide: Ipamorelin
Dosage: 250mcg, twice daily, once upon waking up empty stomach, and once before bed, empty stomach.
Injection Administration: SUB-Q
Peptide: CJC 1295 w/o DAC or commonly referred to as MOD GRF1-29
Dosage: 100mcg, twice daily, once upon waking up, empty stomach and once before bed, empty stomach.
Injection Administration: SUB-Q
Hormone: Omnitrope HGH - Pharmaceutical Grade
Dosage: 1.25iu 10 minutes after injecting the IPAM/MOD GRF1-29 twice daily.
Injection Administration: SUB-Q
Tonight I had some free time, so I calculated and made a plan of roughly what I will be up for cost wise for the duration of this one year peptide plan, I am not discussing where I am sourcing it from, it should be used as a guide and pricing will differ based on your supplier and any possible relationship you may have with a sponsor.
