Just got my big osta-gain order of Thymosin Beta 4 and just started my first 2mg today. I plan on doing 6mg a week for first 6 weeks and see what happens and if real good things happen I'll go to a maintenance dose.

I'm doing this more so for my knees over anything else. Used to squat heavy and low, at my best I was able to do 515lbs for solid 10 reps, now my legs have gone down some since I simply can't handle much weight anymore, 405lbs for 10 is a challenge now.

I could take a month off of doing legs, get knees feeling 100%, do just one good squat/leg workout and what do you know, next day my knees are back to crap. :banghead: I haven't had ache free knees when doing legs in probably a year now! If this works, it will be an absolute Godsend!
 
my subject has been researching tb500 for a couple of months to try and speed up recovery after having two shoulder surgeries.

subject has used IM and SUBq as well as various different dosing protocols.

I'll be checking in to see how you are doing. good luck

Not to threak-jack but matt1164 do you have a log too didn't see one. If you've been researching tb500 for a few months I'd love to hear your feedback as most people say they can achieve noticeable recovery results in 6 weeks or so.

I never started a log. but I noticedmy aches came back during the maintenance phase.
 
What maintenance dose where you running and are you still running that dose?

I only have 5 mg vials so I was running 5mgs a month as the maintenance. I split the 5mg into 2 shots of 2.5mg split 9 days apart each month

no right now my subject does 5mgs at a times 3x a week

Yeah I don't have a log either but I will say here that just 2 2mg doses in the subject reports improvement already in the area of most concern. At this rate of progress I can see why 15-20mg into the protocol seems to be where the pronounced relieve is achieved or noted.
 
dece, just curious... does your tb-500 burn? As in while injecting, not welts or anything. My test subject experienced some burning, but only noticed it while injecting with minor irritation post injection for a couple minutes then nothing noticeable.

Nope, what do you use to mix your TB-500? I use bacteriostatic water, never had any burning or welts or any problems that I can notice or see.

Noticed this in another tb500 thread. Seems those of us using bac water are ok but those using sterile water seem to have the burning sensation?!?:confused:

And now today i notice when squatting down with my bodyweight my knees hardly feel strained. Hopefully this will keep improving to where i could start squatting heavy again, getting excited! :D

Yes most of us have noticed exactly what you did. First week or first 4mg not so much but getting into the second and certainly third week once you've researched 6-8mg then just about all of us seem to starting noticing the improvement. Once you get into the 10-12mg total dose I think the improvement is pretty dramatic.
Personally I'm 14mg of total research in using an E4D protocol and I feel about 90% better on all my points I was looking for healing with. Based on what mostly people are reporting I'll probably continue my present E4D plan for a few more weeks and then drop down to a once a week or maybe even every other week dosing. Some guys who went cold turkey had their aches returning within a month. Seems once you are saturated you do need to maintain that saturation but that its not nearly what the loading dose is. 4-6mg a month is probably enough to keep the full benefits of the loading phase indefinitely

pretty expensive for an injectable motrin (as it seems to be so far since the pains come back I hear)

From what I have been seeing, most are using about 2- 2mg vials a week for about 6 weeks (sort of a loading phase), and then cutting back to only 2mg every other week.

I think from all of those who have experienced good results, the big question is what would be the least amount you could use for maintenance and still reap the benefits of it.
 
The chemist on the main board said that the half life of the tb500 is 15 days.... That would coincide with the results everyone is getting.

I have been researching 2mg/week for 6 weeks and am planning to up the dose and continue weekly schedule for the foreseeable future. Subjects elbow has gotten significantly better, although there is still a lingering pain. Subjects hamstring still tight from lingering injuries.

I am also hoping for some hair regrowth, although nothing to report in that area.

The chemist also mentioned that the horses receiving treatment had uncontrollable energy, capping them off at 20mg per month after the 6 week loading phase.

sounds pricey for something not considered a permanent fix.

It does unless you find it on sale and stock up. I'm on it now but it's only been 2 weeks at 4mg/week. (Roughly $18 a week when on sale).

I think that I am starting to notice something, but don't want to make that assumption just yet. But my nagging elbow actually felt pretty decent my last workout.

I it will take care of the little aches and pains that come along with getting older so that I can enjoy my gym time, and if the maintenance phase would only require 2-4mg/month to keep those away...I could justify spending $25/month for that.

i used to love jogging...but aches and pains make it a chore.....and as a result my BF% started shooting way up. if I can make those pains go away I could easily get my BF% to 18 and below. THAT is the main thing that interests me.
