Just got my big osta-gain order of Thymosin Beta 4 and just started my first 2mg today. I plan on doing 6mg a week for first 6 weeks and see what happens and if real good things happen I'll go to a maintenance dose.
I'm doing this more so for my knees over anything else. Used to squat heavy and low, at my best I was able to do 515lbs for solid 10 reps, now my legs have gone down some since I simply can't handle much weight anymore, 405lbs for 10 is a challenge now.
I could take a month off of doing legs, get knees feeling 100%, do just one good squat/leg workout and what do you know, next day my knees are back to crap. :banghead: I haven't had ache free knees when doing legs in probably a year now! If this works, it will be an absolute Godsend!
