Anyone who is on the fence about trying TB500, lemme tell you about my experience thus far. I am 4 weeks in on TB500. Lately, the past couple years, when working out legs, it hasn't been something I care to do. The problem is the knee pain during the workout as well as the after effects. Usually the next day, its tough to walk normally because of knee pain in both knees. Heck, I don't even walk the dog the next day usually.
After reading about a few guys trying TB500, as always, I am bit skeptical. However, when your in pain, its amazing the things you will try. So, I threw a Ben Franklin down on some TB500. For the first two weeks, I really felt no change. The third week came, and I went to warm on squats, at 135 x 15, and put the bar up, this is usually when I go get the knee wraps, however, this time, I noticed something, my knees weren't hurting, and I didn't even think about getting the knee wraps, until I consciously thought of it. I cautiously just added a quarter to each side, and did 15 more. Still my knees weren't complaining. I went up to 225 and then to 275. At 275, my knees started showing a bit of discomfort, however, this usually happens at 135. I proceeded to wrap my knees, and worked my way up to 405 for 8. My knees were a bit tender, but nothing like before. I moved on to leg presses, lunges, etc. The interesting thing is the next day when I usually have a hard time moving around the house, my knees were surprisingly were not complaining. To make sure this wasn't some type of anomaly, I did pretty much the same workout the next week, and pretty much the same results.. My diet is strict, supplementation is strict, as I am in prepping for a contest, the only thing I have added is TB500. This is the first time in a long time, that I am looking forward to the next leg workout.
If your on the fence about trying this, I would give it a whirl. BTW - I am not a paid sponsor or anything, just wanted to comment on this peptide, and that this stuff is really working for me, at 2mg a week.
