Anyone who is on the fence about trying TB500, lemme tell you about my experience thus far. I am 4 weeks in on TB500. Lately, the past couple years, when working out legs, it hasn't been something I care to do. The problem is the knee pain during the workout as well as the after effects. Usually the next day, its tough to walk normally because of knee pain in both knees. Heck, I don't even walk the dog the next day usually.

After reading about a few guys trying TB500, as always, I am bit skeptical. However, when your in pain, its amazing the things you will try. So, I threw a Ben Franklin down on some TB500. For the first two weeks, I really felt no change. The third week came, and I went to warm on squats, at 135 x 15, and put the bar up, this is usually when I go get the knee wraps, however, this time, I noticed something, my knees weren't hurting, and I didn't even think about getting the knee wraps, until I consciously thought of it. I cautiously just added a quarter to each side, and did 15 more. Still my knees weren't complaining. I went up to 225 and then to 275. At 275, my knees started showing a bit of discomfort, however, this usually happens at 135. I proceeded to wrap my knees, and worked my way up to 405 for 8. My knees were a bit tender, but nothing like before. I moved on to leg presses, lunges, etc. The interesting thing is the next day when I usually have a hard time moving around the house, my knees were surprisingly were not complaining. To make sure this wasn't some type of anomaly, I did pretty much the same workout the next week, and pretty much the same results.. My diet is strict, supplementation is strict, as I am in prepping for a contest, the only thing I have added is TB500. This is the first time in a long time, that I am looking forward to the next leg workout.

If your on the fence about trying this, I would give it a whirl. BTW - I am not a paid sponsor or anything, just wanted to comment on this peptide, and that this stuff is really working for me, at 2mg a week.

Sounds like great results! Who did you buy your TB500 from?

I suppose there are non-responders to it, and I think I'm one of them. I used it from three different sponsors and for several months, and never seemed to notice any less ache and pain and stiffness than I already had prior.

I will say that Ergo's price point allowed me to run it daily like igf-1 and I definitely noticed some nice blood sugar control and general wellness feelings. But if I didn't inject it every day I didn't seem to note much, like I said, even after running it for months.

I really had hoped for more in this department too, because that seems to be my sticking point, general ache and pain and stiffness.

Didn't mean to crap on your thread - it's nice to see some people respond positively to it!

LOL - you didn't crap on my thread bro. Like you, I am just trying to find stuff that shows some real benefits. For TB500 - I went with Ostagain. The main reason was they had 5mg bottles, and with their discount 30% it came to a nice price point. I am actually using 2.5 mg a week, if you want to get technical. Not sure if body weight has anything to do with dosages, but I am 240, so perhaps you could try more if your bigger. I also read a study where users were being adminstered 20 mg's or so I believe weekly. So I think its relatively safe to go up higher.

Dont want to derail this thread, but anybody have any experience using tb500 for tendonitis? Would be interested in seeing what it can do

Good point, I think bigger guys may need a higher dose.

I'm 240 also

thanks for the thread, I am 1.5 weeks in and I am dosing 6mg per week. Might see a little less pain, but not too sure just yet. However I am getting this overall sense of well being sort of feeling. Not sure if that's placebo or not, but throughout the day I just feel a bit more energetic. I am 195 lbs, just for a reference on dosing vs weight.

I definitely get the sense of well-being, as well. I take it on leg days to give me energy and help my mood. Legs, as you know, can be a bitch, especially if you have to go to work afterwards.

Ergopep just came out with another pain healing peptide yesterday. It's called ACT1 PEPTIDE. This peptide is actually cleaved off of thymosin(the"t" in tb-500). It is used to heal everything imaginable...skin wounds, general wound closure, organs (heart, colon), cornea, spinal cord, and on and on. Different search engines bring up different studies. Do a google search and a yahoo search. I plan to run it with tb-500 at 10mg/week. My tendonitis is severe in my left elbow. I'm planing to inject it subQ in this area.

Yeah just about everybody who trys tb500 seems to say the same thing. I'm barely 2 weeks into research and the results and improvement are already manifesting.

I posted my results on TB-500 last week. I went from my left leg being completely numb with horrible lower back pain from heavy squats and deads to No Pain and all feeling back in leg. Did two mgs a week and started seeing results first week. If had to do over again I would do four mgs a week. Little over six weeks now pain free doing maintenance dose e2w. Also had elbow injury from year ago I have been nursing. Doc wanted to take out bursa and do a clean out. Today elbow completely pain free, so yes I would say it would help tendonitis. Since I have crohn's and have had four feet of my colon removed four years ago I am very interested in this new peptide Act 1. Will research tonight and order. Would be nice to hear little more on this and dosage. Oh yeah, Wife's kickboxing instructor and runner and also have her on it with good results helping with knee pain, hell I even got my German Sheperd on it.(LOL) Hope you have as much success as I have had.

It's great to hear you guys having success. Tb is an amazing peptide.

Uriah, if you have crohns then BPC 157 should be of more interest to you!!!
ingentaconnect Stable Gastric Pentadecapeptide BPC 157: Novel Therapy in Gastroi...
Stable gastric pentadecapeptide BPC 157: nove... [Curr Pharm Des. 2011] - PubMed - NCBI
JPHS : Vol. 108 (2008) , No. 1 pp.7-17

Its seems even more appropriate for tendon healing than TB4 or ACT1 :

The promoting effect of pentadecapeptide BPC 157 on tendon healing involves tendon outgrowth, cell survival and cell migration
http://www.jpp.krakow.pl/journal/archive/12_09_s7/pdf/191_12_09_s7_article.pdf

ACT1 and TB4 seem best for wound healing (also cornea healing, heart repair, neuroprotection and repair). I have not seen any study mentionning usefulness of TB4 on tendon healing. Its is antiinflammatory so maybe thats why ppl report benefits that unfortunately dont seem to stay on maintenance dose.
I dont see the point of combining ACT1 and TB4 though as they seem to share the same properties.

BPC 1157 looks so promising for healing pretty much every tissue in the body
BPC 157 Summary Report | CureHunter

Its also good for corneal healing like TB4 and ACT1.
Time will tell but it seems like it could be the healing peptide to rule them all. Research is really impressive.

Definitely interested if anyone has tried this for tendonitis. Hard to find much info on this stuff.

How would you guys compare TB-500 vs HGH for healing effects?

Great Info.. Johnny Gonna Grab some and see what's up:D

Two completely different products. However, both can give somewhat similar results when it comes to healing injuries and etc.
The biggest difference between the two is the time and purpose of the two. TB500 was created for the purpose to heal injuries and etc.
HGH was created for adding muscle, improving sleep, improving overall health and etc.

See there two different puposes for the products

I maybe wrong but I think hgh was created to treat gh deficiencies in children.

This is a very good post time2train and thank you for being honest and contributing. I like you support the product not the company that sold it. This product is an amazing product brought to the industry that many of us really needed for healing rather instead of the "get bigger" and "get stronger" in my research products.

Just for this thread. Im going to be running another Super Sale on that very item. Keep a look out real soon.

Music to my ears Gary.

As I alluded to above tb500 is a game changer. Anyone who has moderate injuries [I'm not talking about tendon tears] but strains and sprains and excess scar tissue will likely see significant dare I say substantial improvement by using tb500. I'm only half way thru what Gary sent me and my elbow/tricep that was killing me for months is definitely at I'll say 75% better in just over 2 weeks and 5 vials 10mg of tb500. YES IT REALLY IS THAT GOOD

I am a week in and I feel a difference. I have been having shoulder problems for months and have seen some improvement. Also my nagging lower back feels better. I will be really interested and see how I feel in 3 more weeks.

Not to hijack the thread but I kept my word and Im running a TB500 sale for you time2train. Is a really good thread you posted here and I want others to enjoy the benefits of this product in there research.
