My research Abominable Snowman, Edgar, has been getting fat. I got him to give up Copenhagen a few months ago, and the hunger has been off the hook. He also has chronic shoulder issues, which he's been giving a break for the past 6 weeks, but he also tends to be lazy... Here's his protocol:
(7am) 100mcg ea ghrp2 / mod grf (peps)
(8am)train, then do 30-60 min cardio, fasted.
(10am) - protein only shake, peps
(noon) lunch
(1pm) peps
(3pm) protein shake w/ fruit and fat from evoo
(4pm) peps
(6pm) dinner
(8pm) peps
(8:30pm) 5iu Rips
(8:40pm) 30 min cardio
crash after that, rinse, then repeat
I'll be following Phils diet plan, as well as his training routine. I'm good to go except on the late cardio, i'll see if i can make Edgar do it...
