My research Abominable Snowman, Edgar, has been getting fat. I got him to give up Copenhagen a few months ago, and the hunger has been off the hook. He also has chronic shoulder issues, which he's been giving a break for the past 6 weeks, but he also tends to be lazy... Here's his protocol:

(7am) 100mcg ea ghrp2 / mod grf (peps)
(8am)train, then do 30-60 min cardio, fasted.
(10am) - protein only shake, peps
(noon) lunch
(1pm) peps
(3pm) protein shake w/ fruit and fat from evoo
(4pm) peps
(6pm) dinner
(8pm) peps
(8:30pm) 5iu Rips
(8:40pm) 30 min cardio
crash after that, rinse, then repeat

I'll be following Phils diet plan, as well as his training routine. I'm good to go except on the late cardio, i'll see if i can make Edgar do it...

Any advice / input?

i would skip that 10am shake and just add it to lunch...that will give u 2 hrs more of fat burning...will make a huge difference
 
I was told that just protein would not blunt the effects of the peps / gh, and wasn't sure how soon post lifting i needed protein?

it might not blunt the effects of the gh/peps....but it will blunt the fat burning thats going on.

i know everybody says to get protein/carbs within 45min-1hr post w/o...but if ur trying to burn fat...waiting till lunch will help u.....u wont risk muscle in doing this.

just do 10gr bcaas before and after workout...

If you read alphas thread gr hound eating makes no difference whatsoever to the gh release (with ghrp2/modgrf at least). Protein really shouldn't interfere too much with the fat burning effects really. Carbs will because of increased insulin levels fats will as your body will burn them instead of the ffa (or as well as probably). I just try and take my peps every 3 hours when not working regardless of what I have or haven't eaten. There either burn fat or prevent it building up. In the long term you will be leaner than if you weren't using them. Let's you eat a bit more to hold size too which is nice

All this said if all it wanted was fat loss id buy a $20 bottle of clen or some dnp. I like peps most for joint health and anti catabolic propities which is a god send when cruising.
