I run a base of T4 at 100 mcg year round upping to 200 if cutting. I only use peps currently cruising and all seems good. I do run 100mg tren e weekly on cruise so I figure a little thyroid assistance can't hurt. I'm a higher carb guy and carbs do assist in t4-t3 conversion. I just prefer the idea of letting they body convert what it feels it needs to t3 rather than just running t3 at a set dose. Datbtrue does say if your going to run either with gh/peps t4 is better. I tend to find gains better with a low dose of T4 or t3 regardless of gh use.
