hello, I'm starting a cycle of trenbolone and boldenone, I have included telmisartan.

The intention is that my blood pressure does not rise much and enjoy the benefits of telmisartan, which are very similar to AICAR.

can someone tell me the safe dose to take??

On average 40mgs once a day with a maximum of 80mgs a day. Just monitor your bp and go from there.

dudcki27 is right. start with 20 and work up to 40. Check your bp from there on a regular basis and adjust as needed. I love the stuff. You're right about its effects. In some ways it's even better than AICAR.

Been using 20mg and haven't noticed anything aside from dropping BP to where I want it. Maybe I need to try something that will skyrocket my BP so I can try a 40mg dose of telmisartan.

Also interested in impact on metabolic syndrome and BDNF enhancement. Taking 40mg 2x/day. I am 66 yrs old with blood sugar issues as well as coronary artery disease so I believe this with GW should work synergistically. Cannot say for certain that is the case but I will continue to take these compuonds.

ok, also include some clenbuterol tablets, as this increases blood pressure, ire with 20mg for a few days and go up to 40mg.

I read about a boy who use 80mg but lower doses tube, he was losing a lot of fluid.

Effect of telmisartan on AMPK-SIRT1 pathway
Since telmisartan increased Sirt1 mRNA levels in the
skeletal muscle of db/db mice, we investigated whether
telmisartan administration could directly affect SIRT1
signals in C2C12 myoblasts. Treatment with telmisartan
increased Sirt1 mRNA in C2C12 cells (Figure 4A).
Treatment of C2C12 cells with telmisartan resulted in
activation of AMPK, by means of phosphorylation, to a
level comparable to that induced by 5-aminoimidazole-
4-carboxamide ribonucleoside (AICAR), an activator of
AMPK (Figure 4B). Treatment of C2C12 cells with telmisartan increased NAD
+
and decreased NADH, resulting in an increase in the NAD

/NADH ratio, to a level
comparable to that induced by AICAR (Figure 4C).

I belive anyone interested in AMP-K activation should try 20mg Policosanol in the evening first. OTC available and dirth cheap alternative to GW...

I'm currently taking 40mg lisoprinil to control BP. I've heard telmisartan is way better so I'm going to ask my dr to switch. What is a comparable dose if I'm using 40mg lisoprinil? Thanks

telmisartan is a neat drug. Much like GW. It won't make you BP drop too low most the time. It will help keep it in a normal range. I'd start with 40mg, bump it to 80 later. If you have really high BP it may not be enough. It has great effects on endurance as well.
