R.I.P. Anthony Clark

I read on another board that powerlifting super star Anthony Clark has passed away. How sad to see another iron brother passing.

Man that is sad. He was a young guy. Do you know how old he was and how much he weighed when he died?
I know that he was only like 5'8 and weighed around 350-360. That is a lot of weight to have on a small frame like that.
I think that he was the first guy to ever bench 800.
He was an amazing person.

Many have benched 800lbs before Anthony but I believe Anthony may have been the first to bench in that realm of weight with a reverse grip ....

he was the first man to ever reverse bench 700 lbs. i believe he was 38 years old and he died due to complications with his pacemaker that he had to have installed after a car crash that nearly kille him
