He gave 1000 a pull as well but didnt get it very far. He is strong!

i think he would have had a chance with 1000 if he had not pulled 937 before.

yeah, they are pretty sweet. i would love to get some powerlifting video's, not of like full meets, but just tons of impressive lifts like that.

Eh, I don't know if he had a chance. It looked pretty much way too heavy for him. 937 to 1000 when you consider how slowly the deadlift record has advanced really is ALOT to increase. Still he did get it a few inches but I dont see a grand dropping in 10 years.

Look at how long Gary Heisey had the record.

you have a point. i could definately see that 19 or 20 year old kid breaking it in the next few years though.
