Fat guy on his way down to 275

After some deep soul searching I've decided to drop down a couple of weight classes. I've been over 300lbs for many years and happy at that. What I've noticed lately is that my size is quite intimidating to my co-workers. I have no idea why because I consider myself a nice guy. It has come to a point where I refuse to tell average people of my lifting accomplishments. People just don't seem to take me seriously because I'm "just a big meathead". 275's here I come!

Do not let other people make you want to change your body...do it for yourself first...if you feel you want to be 275 then go for...let people be scared of you, the true people that know you will be ok with you.

It's Friday morning and I'm down to 312! No cardio yet and I have not touched any stimulants or diet aide's yet and I don't plan on it. I'll add in cardio when my weight loss slows down. I am surprised that I haven't been more hungry.

One of the hardest things to do is come down 40-50 lbs and keep the strength up. Good luck in your adventure as I hated all the strength I lost this past year after dropping 60 lbs. Hey sometimes we have to trade something to gain something.
