Thought I would come over this way and start keeping a bench log. I am friends with flexmaster and he recomended this site, very nice btw..
Little History. I am a heavy 242er, compete in APF, IPA and WABDL. April 4th of 04 I partially tore my right pec major. After lots of rehab and ART therapy came back strong and got a small tear in my pec minor on the left side. I also have a small tear in my pattelar tendon at the insertion.....so all that said. I do hold one state record for deads in WABDL 259lb Class I of 628.2lb, my little claim to fame...so far.

I will keep this log on bench soley, I am going for bench specialist due to school and family time constraints. Feel free to make any crituqes or offer suggestions, I am always ready to learn.

Once again, glad to be here, lots of really big fish in a small pond...good home.

Thanks big_byrd52 and btw..congrats on all the lifts. Mike Miller wrote up my program for me. I had to do a few modifications until I get all the gear I need and rehab my injuries. I am still waiting on chain, shit is expensive.

lol....ya. I wasnt there, on campus all day for finals, had to lift a Dixon. Nothing can piss me off more than lifting there...bunch of jackasses.
 
i dont know...some of those guys can bench 225...and curl the 45's!!!:eek: you better hope none of them are on this board...or you're dead!LMAO

i think its going to be a while until i can pull hard again...i have pretty good mobility, but once i get fully extended (like i would pulling from the floor) i can feel its on the verge of getting hurt again.

First post of 06'. I just wanted to apologize for the lag in my journal. My lack of access to the internet sometimes really sucks. The training is going great though and I will post a few vids from time to time, if Flex will tape them:D . As far as trying to keep up with an online journal, I think it died before it began. Anyway, take care bro's, I will still be lurking around here when time permits.

lol....I may have to try that, it might work for me as well. As far as the shirt, I am using a Inzer 2Ply Rage X. I switched over from a Inzer DD, when I started getting as much out of a sigle ply rage. I would like to try a Karrins DD sometime though, but cash is tight being a student and such.
 
1.8.6 Top End Bench

Big_byrd52 got me thinking.....I will keep up the journal and get on here and post my Bench workouts. I am shooting for a WABDL Regionals meet on March 11th. This will be my first bench only meet and I am looking to go in at 220lb (with a little water reduction:) ). I was sick last week, got foot and mouth from my daughter and put me out hard, lost 13lb. Yesterday was the first day back:
