hi im not a powerlifter but i am a football player and im looking for advice on getting stronger and faster and ive been doing some research and i know that there is no steroid that guarantees speed but with good training what steroids do you think would help the most i prefer oral steroids at least 2 and how much should i take any advice is greatly appreciated
 
D-bol and anavar at 10mg each to start. Increase 5mg if it's too weak. I started out with that and wasn't dissapointed- no sides or anything, just good, solid gains. It's always best to start low and work up with that stuff.
 
If you are a football player I would strongly suggest you get a DVD by Joe DeFranco's Super Strength and also Parisi Stength Training for Speed. These DVD's can be purchased at www.elitefts.com. Much of the power and explosiveness you are looking for comes from the training. The anabolics help you recover faster and thus the more rapid the results.

D-bol can tend to cause massive lower back pumps so I think Anavar(oxandrolone) would be a better choice. Always look to gain quality bodyweight over scale weight.

I'm no expert...

I'm no expert but from all my reading and talking to a few guys redicat's oral turinabol at 40mg split into 2 doses a day has seemed to help them. Cheap too. Sure help all those East German commies win a lot of Gold. (G)
 
What level are u playing at? I used to play football but now I powerlift cause I don't have time to play anymore. I would do orals but u need inj. For more sustained gains. Test, tren is my fav. Really made a diff. In strength and in my 40 time. Lift heavy four days a week and plyometrics twice. My freshman year of college I started at 170 and in three months was 215 running a 4.43 40. Powercleaning 385 benching 415 and squating 700. Not bad for 19 years old but considering from where I had started it was huge.

Well I don't have any footage from that long ago. But I tore my shoulder playing semi pro. I didn't lift weights for a little over Two years now I'm back to lifting. I'm 23 now started lifting 8 months ago I was at 190 now at 220 I bench 480 and squat 750. A squat for me is parallel. I did powerlifting all through high school and did good at the state meet. I've seen guys squat more than me. But I can say the lifts I'm saying I did were raw lifts suited up was a little more. Powerlifting is about technique and height Ive always lost to guys alot shorter than me.

ok so let me make sure i have your story right. Freshman year of college you played football gained 45 pounds of muscular bodyweight in 3 months....then went on to play semi pro, tear your shoulder, take two years off from lifting, achieve and surpass your previous pr's and are now 23? That's a very busy 4 years!
 
anavar will give shin splints.
Id be tempted to go tried and tested test route with an ai if weight gain is uncomfortable.

No aas will do all that though, its all about your training as said, aas just assists :)
