I can't seem to find detailed info on Bill Kazmier anywhere. There is that one article on his bench routine put out by Planet Muscle a while back, but other then that no training/diet/supplementation,etc info available on this guy.

Kaz always intrigues me, I always wonder what his diet was like in his prime, etc.

I don't know if you will find any diet info on him unless you talk to him personally. As for his training routines check out www.crainsmuscleworld.com . Rickey Crain seems to be the only one that carries that type of stuff.

You are welcome.

Bought his training pamphlets a while back. Save your money.

Basically he trained very high volume with high frequency as well. Bodyparts twice a week, with much higher reps than most would think. Like heavy days sets of 10 or 8 and light day with sets of 15.

Basically seemed to train 6 days a week. Sort of following a bodypart split, seemed to train bodyparts as opposed to lifts. Also, he states that high volume, reps, and short rest are the key to offseason training and establishing a base. Low reps are just used to peak and get used to feel of heavy wts leading up to a meet. Otherwise, its always building up the base.

Powerlifting USA mag did an interview with Kaz a couple of years back. It was spread out over 2 issues. It covered his training and nutrition if I remember correctly. Give them a call at 1-800-448-7693, I'm sure you can get the back issues.
