I use to do bench only a few years ago and then started body building. Now I am going back to powerlifting. This time I am going to do all three (bench, deadlift, and squat).
Well I tried some Titan breifs for the first time Saturday and shit! they are hard to get parrallel in. I couldn't even get parallel with 600. Few times my knees wanted to buckle in. After about 6 attemtps I got about 3" to parallel. Its hard to stay in proper form even when going REALLY REALLY slow down
Anyways, I am going to keep practicing. Definitly harder than what I was I expecting. You guys make it look easy.
