I have met Kyle... This video is old and I havent seen him in a while but a true freak. He used to come in and shoot the breeze w me at a supplement store i worked at. Easily one of the strongest guys I've ever seen, thru around some serious weight

I can only lift sumo, at 6'5 the narrow stance is just to damn far down to the ground. I like the growth in my neck and traps I get from narrow, but I lift less than 50% than I would if I go Sumo.

I also use a good boot, that chucks do nothing for me but cause my knees to bark.
