Can Tren show up as estrogen on a blood test?

I just got back my bloodwork and the E2 (estro) is insane, nuts, nearly 500.

Last time I had it tested it was 30-40 on 750mg of test a week

this time I'm running 250mg test a week and 75mg of tren ED, I shot the tren a couple of hours before the bloodwork thinking it wouldnt affect the test but now I'm hoping it has!!

I've read some posts on here saying tren can show a false positive on estradiol sensitive test at labcorp so anyone who actually knows please let me know, I need to have a good excuse for my TRT doc!

Yes it is known that tren can throw the E results off on labs. Why is a little over my head. Are you running an AI? Do you have any symptoms of high E?

yes , 0.5mg of prescription Adex M/w/f so I know it's legit. My levels have never been even close to this high before, this is 10x more than I was expecting based on previous numbers

I am on TRT and I add in an extra 50mg just to 'finish off the bottle' lol

I had legit high E a few months back when I came off Adex for a few weeks, my e2 went up to 70 and I was bloated, depressed, crying in movies, no sex drive etc

if anything I feel like I have low E2 symptoms - aching joints, sleeping issues and no morning wood.

I guess I need to come off the tren for a week or so and retest?

I wish I had it on hand, but Kaladryn had a really good post a few weeks ago about how tren could give you false E2 readings on bloodwork.

Many say it can. yr 1st shot of tren a few hours b/4 labs? I think that would be proof. It would take longer than that for test or something eles to be converted and 250 test shouldnt put yr e-2 anywhere near 500.

I just posted my bloods last week.... e2 was over 440..... 490/175 Ace/Prop..but unlike you I have no symptoms of high e2.... Kaladryn said it's DEFINITELY then Tren throwing off the number..... His word is good enough for me.

AAS fool a lot of bloodwork tests, lab companies always want to use the cheapest testing method possible, they aren't going to isolate every molecule.

Aromatization is the ONLY source of endogenous estradiol, so to hit 500 on an AI you would need around 5g/week test.

With those two pieces of info, I'll let you draw your own conclusions.

Glad I seem this cuz this explains a lot now. My estro was 399! Last year on a set of labs while running tren e and I was taking adex 1 mg twice a week. Next set of labs 6 months later not on tren and same source for adex I was like 30 or something. Been wondering what was up with my estro all this time. Maybe it was a bad batch of adex...

my TRT doc agrees, I'm also hearing that the e2-sensitive gives crazy readings compared to standard e2

I'll come off tren for a week before my 'real' bloodwork for the DR , this was me paying privately to see if there were any issues. I dont want ANY red flags on the 'offical' blood work... everythign else was great and within range just this crazy e2 number

I explain the high free test by not taking a shot for a week before the insurance bloodwork, that way the levels are normal range and I keep getting my 200 a week.

They would not be down in one week with that much in you will be about a month or better depending on dosage and ester

I had a standard, non sensitive e2 test done today, I'll guess know on monday if the labcorp e2-s is worthless while on tren

I considered this, however the readings are way to high to if that were the case. Plus it's so common to have these impossible E2 readings on tren.

Also, if his tren was test, it still would be nearly enough test to cause that kind of E2 level.

It's the testing methodology for sure.

I didn't know they made those?

I use comp-TH with tylan, I throw away the blue pellet and use methanol to extract the powder.

FWIW I'm the leanest I've ever been and have veins in my abs and am holding very little water.. on legit high estrogen (adex rebound) i swell up and my gut looks palumbo-esque from the water bloat

So I took a day off tren and retested, again with the Roche ECLIA method which Labcorp use - my 'e2' is 120 now.

So that indicates to me that its the tren.. 4 hours after a shot of it the 'e2' was super high, 24 hours after a shot it's dropped to a much lower level

I'll be taking a week off before the next test , lol

That has nothing to do with Tren my friend, as what the topic of this thread is. Your just aromatizing your Test.
