possible mcl tear in right knee

Well fellas the dreaded injury and set back, and it didn't happen in the gym squatting heavy ass weight or going threw a crazy heavy hardcore workout like I do every week...It happen at work while tryn to plant my right foot with my weight and another persons weight on my right leg! devastated an pissed I have an mri next week to find out for sure but it don't look good. already pre existed mcl hair line tear in mcl from football back in 2002 and the way my knee popped an buckled inward im worried...keep all you posted.

I completely tore my mcl playing rugby. It completely healed itself and i was light jogging 4 weeks later. The body is an amazing thing. ACL on the other hand, well that's a different story

whatever it is I hope it recovers quick, legs are my fav group to train so this sucks even dealing with not training them on top just being injured, sucks fucking balls, but I got a game plan to recover quick think some HGH is in order to recover faster...

Best of luck bro. I tore my ACL in football 18 months ago. Im just starting to get back after 2 surgeries. 2nd phase of rehab is going on 16 weeks now. Finally able to do agility drills like an athlete but its been a long road and still have a ways to go.
