WAAAAAAAY Overdue for this!!!!!!!

Has been a loyal member since April 2011 with over 1,600 posts.
He has given so much good advice and has never said a single negative
comment about anyone or anything.

Plus he won the HW Class in the 2014 Emerald Cup 50 Class and
took 4th in last years HW North Americans 50 Class.

LOL! Since I fall into the "Senior Over 45" category, I'm going to say it stands for Seniority and not Senior Citizen...I'm going to stick with that, it works for me!

The 2 other guys I can think of are both mods (Lat's and Bio) so I can't vote for them.

Most of the other guys I can think of are too young such as Pimpman.

Wow....thanks guys. PM has been integral with all the knowledge shared....it has truly helped make improvements in my physique late in my career as a bodybuilder. I love bodybuilding and have been competing since 1986. I sincerely appreciate all the positive comments. Here's a pic from last year.

Gravel you look great, what is even more impressive is after all those years of bbing you still have beautiful locks ha. The longer I do this the more my hair goes

Oh also he does a sterling job as a mod. Not seen Bio loose his cool EVER, very diplomatic. Can a exception be made here Big A for the whitehall mandarin of pro muscle please ?
