I have Ben wanting to do the squat every day protocol but my knees couldn't handle it. So I decided to do chest every day, anyone do the chest evert day training

Try it and see if it works.

I do arms everyday and there my best body part.

But I would not hit it hard everyday. designate maybe two days a week for heavy sets. Then other days. Go light, with just a couple pump sets.

one working set, maybe a warmup sure

Racepicks not to bash you bro we are all here to learn and bring things to the board but your comment is childish. I have Ben here 2 weeks ir so and I have put out content on sarms and contributed. I looked over your started threads and it dosent seem you contribute much as far as informative threads. I have lots of great info I will be posting soon I have Ben a member on boards since 2008 and one thing I noticed is sone one always has something negative to say. I really like this boaRd. Thanks cm I'll post a video on it. I have seen lots of power lifters adapt this and it seemd to reply improve there prs.

My apologies, Swole4life. I sometimes suffer from an illness, Post then Think. Members should be comfortable posting what they want without the flame. Looking back, you are right, I probably have not contributed much to the forum anyway!:eek:
 
This a like one big family bro. I'll admit I don't use proper Grammer alot. Alot my days of texting and making things shorter I'm afraid. Just keep an eye out for me bro I have lots of quality content that will help lots of people, it helped me. I have seen this squat every day thing around alot, never dug to deep into it but it has me curious. I know my knees would bother me squating every day so I figured bench every day. And there are a few guys on youtube with videos on it.

I knew a guy who did bench press Monday thru Friday. He would go up to 315Lbs and rep it. He had the best chest I've seen on a natural guy. I would only try or if you're young. It's an injury waiting to happen.

Benching everyday can increase stength. But it will affect growth
