Anyone do these,besides the strongmen? I have incorporated these at the end of just about every workout and Im getting better distance every time.
Im no where near the 200 plus pounds in each hand that the WSM guys use,but I grab a pair of 125s and just walk as long as I can.I feel like its a great cardio as well as grip and mass building exercise.My body just swells up from these,my traps bi's delts and forearms blowup.Am I just imagining things or is there really a benefit to doing these???
