Fit-foryou in partnership with Pro-edge and Iron People Gym are organizing the first seminar in Miami Beach Florida with Victor Munoz, Victor Martinez, Claude Groulx and Heinz Senior about the latest training, nutrition and suplementation techniques high level bodybuilders are using to achive incredible improvenments in just few months.

The cost per person is $200 for two days seminar, practical and teorical, February Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 or 10 and 11 as a tentative dates (Victor Martinez is going to be very close to the Arnold)

What are some of the things you are changing in your own training. Regarding frequency, repetitions, volume, etc?

Has your diet changed?

Just curious about how you are doing!

Everything has changed in my workouts, even the diet and suplementation with things i never heard before bro and it was very difficult to me to switch form Heavy Duty and Hit to this Intensity training designed by Victor Munoz, but you know i just mather to get acostum and in about 20 to 30 days i was able to finish a workout properly, with decent weights.

I can not tell you all the details bc is part of my agreatment with Proedge (Victor Munoz and hes Team) so you need to come to the seminar and learn it from the teacher. Beleaveme you will love it.
