You use too little leg drive, so once you do that you'll lift even more

Your glutes are weak, even though you flashed us. ;)

The reason is because you didnt lock out that weight, you just leaned back with bent legs and the bar resting on your thighs. The lockout is all glutes so you might want to try high pin pulls from that position as well as do some glute activation work.

you look pretty strong off the floor so to increase your lockout strength i would start doing rack deads, pins set just below knee level. good lift

I don't mean to come off as an expert but the form needs help. I'd back off the weight and do higher rep sets(8-10) to get better form. When you start the lift, look up like superman taking off. Use your legs and keep your back as straight as it can be while still holding the bar. I'd recommend having the hands just outside the knees. Keep your eyes on a spot on the ceiling and lock your knees before you pull your shoulders up and back(might as well hit the traps). When you go down, act like you're sitting on a bench and go down ass first. Head up..... ass down and keep your eyes on one spot up high.
 
Funny thing is i have a beautiful form myself with deadlifting but it comes naturally to me. I really think you need to keep your legs atleast straight when u have lifted the weight up. Your keeping your legs bent while holding the weight. Not only does it look awful its prolly also bad for the knees.
