My Diet/Thoughts on wraps for diet.

Im busy at work and make low carb wraps. Any thought on this throughout the day.

wrap I make 25g protien, 5gm fat, 7 carbs, 3gm fiber. about 200 calories

WORKOUT DAYS
7am protien shake with cocunut oil if in a rush/ or eggs and oatmeal,cla omega 3s
10am wrap and some almonds
1pm wrap and small apple/ or chicken and broccli
4pm protien shake
630pm pwo shake with carbs
730pm dinner fish or steak with a sweet potato or some brown rice mixed vegetables
1030pm protien shake coconut oil, omega s, cla

about 225-250 protien ed,150 carbs,75gr fat

I am only keeping at 1 gm of protein per pound bodyweight because I am having a hard time digesting proteins and not using gear.

On off days fats and carbs are about the same 75 grams
 
you and I almost follow the same diet. I keep the protein a little higher and the fat a little lower. It's working really well for me. I love those low carb wraps. I make tuna, and egg white wraps. you can eat a couple wraps and they will only put you up to 10-15 carbs.

Yes, I am trying to loose alot of weight, plus I am malasorbing food, due o medical issues.
I am 5 10' 265. I would say like 30% bdf. Chest 50' arms 19' waist 38' Legs 32'.

I just want to get to my old stats 5 10' 205 bdf 6-8% chest 46-47, arms 18' waist 30' legs 30'.

Some people may call me crazy for wanting to be smaller and not try to work with all this weight, but I would feel being this size is uncomforatble and just tough on the joints and body as a whole.
