if anyone has seen the new flex magazine im honored to be mentioned as one of the four to watch for from the nationals coverage from flex on page 66. I got a call from one of my friends from nashville, Tn and he said there was a small write up on me in flex.
it has Al auguste from the light heavy's, me, stephen frazier from the super heavy's, and Fred smalls from the heavyweights

Quote " competing in his first pro qualifier, the judges underappreciated Davis. He had the best back in the class, and when he brings his thighs up to the high standard of his upper body, this 5'5 kentuckian will garner everyones attention" end of quote.
hell at least someone noticed me..LOL JK. :) im honored to even be mentioned.

probably going to do the north americans in september, that will give me a nice long offseason to work on some weakness's.

hypothetically when u are training in between shows (not really bulking and not dieting but still trying to gain quality muscle mass) how many calories do you eat per day? what is your weight? BF%? and do you do any cardio at all or just save that for the dieting cutting phase?

cals im not really sure about bro, i just eat about 70 grams of protein per meal 6 meals and just take in carbs @ breakfast pre and post workout, and thats just enough to fuel workouts really and fats i take in a pretty good amount worth mostly from natty p-butter. weight is about 218 right now pretty good shape, and hope to stay this way the whole offseason.. right were im at now bodyfat wise, then diet for a good 16 weeks before north americans and come in peeled. i do cardio 4 days a week right now for 40 minutes.
