Test/EQ reaction or infection ?

I am now in my 5th week of my first cycle, I decided to use 250mg/wk Stealth Test E and 400mg/wk of Stealth EQ. Everything had being going perfect (with the exception of a small amount of soreness) until my 7th shot.
I have been doing125/200 2X's a week and last Monday's shot went what I though was well. No, pain, soreness or anything until Wednesday night I noticed a small hard area in my right glute were I had injected. When I woke up on Thursday it had turned into a fairly large "lump" or hard spot which was slightly red and somewhat warm but wasn't painful only a little irritated if i sat on it. I also had no appetite and my stomach felt a little weird (possible flu symptoms?) but these were gone by the next day.
I ordered a bottle of Keflex thinking it may be an infection but by the time I got the keflex on Tuesday the soreness, redness, and warmth had all gone away and only a very small "hard" area was left. I decided to take keflex at 500mg 3X a day as reassurance in case it had been an infection.
My problem is that since almost the begining of this problem my heart feels like it has been beating a little harder or faster, not sure but I just notice it and I never really did before. I was afraid maybe my body wasn't accepting the EQ and that was the cause so for my last shot I decided to drop the EQ and do Test E alone at 300mg/wk and continue this. Im just wondering if anyone notices these effects while on? Should I be worried about this or am I just paranoid? I have been taking Niacin and 81mg aspirin before bed to try to help out and drinking plenty of water. The other supplements I am currently taking are E-400 (vitamin E), Ester-C (vitamin C), Animal Pak Multivitamins 2X daily, 15mg Nolvadex ED, and now the Keflex.

Sounds like possible test flu but a few have exp. stealth test e pain and this doesn't happen to most but whatever work through the pain...You should be all good but get checked if you get scered...

stealth is painful crap. i got cellulitus on my first injection of test e. fever chills and all that. none of my buddies want it again.

Not to worry

Ok since I know this one I will answer you. I can say from my experience that EVERY time I am on almost anything (test, with deca or eq or whatever) my heart always feels like it is beating a little harder and faster, it is something I just don't even notice anymore mostly, but I remember years ago feeling it when I would lay down at night and thinking " ok this is from the juice that I am on" but I never worried about it, in fact most every cycle I do, at least once or twice during, I go to Gold's and once I am warmed up I like to see how hard and fast I can get my heart going, so I do set after set, without stopping until I cannot breath and have to stop, then I usually go lean on a bench or something and just breath and feel my heart beating, it feels so intense like it is banging against my sternum and trying to get out. yea I know I am crazy, always have been. And to answer your second question, I always get that hard lump in the glute but only from sustanon, and it always gets smaller day by day. So my answer to you is don't worry about it.

THanks for the replies, when I was trying to research on this I kept finding topics about infections becoming septic, and people dieing from endocarditis which kinda had me a little scared. I have a little weird feel right in the middle of my pecs which I think has come from putting pressure there with my palm so often to try to feel my heartbeat. But no chest pains or anything so I was hoping nothing was serious. Anyways will this continue while only on test, once the EQ esters are gone will it go away? And also I know that after 4 weeks is when the EQ levels have peeked as high as they will go, is that why this just started happening now?
