Damn- Buffchick and RobRoy, you both look great, and very healthy. You should get some sponsorships / print work as you both have that marketable look. Maybe do a photoshoot like Vander and Rea did way back when (black and white, classic poses, etc).

Were these pics recent or after Excalibur? Just curious how long you are holding your contest condition for.

RR actually ate sensibly the night before at Cheesecake Factory, I ended up taking a few pics at the end of his shoot. Good thing you can't tell that I had nachos, four cheese pasta, pizza, a fish taco and an apple crisp...I'm sure it all helped to fill me out a lil' bit.

As for conditioning this shoot was the day after the excalibur...I'm maintaining lower than I have since high school, right around 150. I don't want to make a fool of myself on the national stage.

Thanks, I've been playing sports from 2nd grade through college, and been lifting since I was 14. Had a great olympic lifting coach in high school and that really set the foundation. Being a 176 lb shot putter through college didn't hurt either, all my throws coaches wanted me as big and strong as they could possibly get me.
