CARDIO AND MUSCLE LOSS

Is there still a strong chance to loose to much muscle overdoing cardio even though have bumped protein up to 2g per lb. Taking in 450 grams a day in 2 shakes and 5 meals but still concerned about muscle loss with overdoing cardio. But heavy cardio seems to be the only way for me to get as hard as I like.
 
Depends on your total kcals, it's all about the balance, not about how much of which of the two

Just as you dont lose the fat during the cardio you wont lose the muscle during either, what you eat after (and/or) before will create the result
 
Just wondering if your cardio session is early am, or later on during the day?
 
bro its best 2 do ur cardio when u first wake up on an empty stomach. works real well 4 me.
 
CARDIO TIMES

I DO A 30 MIN SESSION IN MORNING AFTER WAKING UP, TAKE A PROTEIN SHAKE THEN JUMP ON THE BIKE AND DO ANOTHER 30 ABOUT 2 HR BEFORE BED THEN PROTEIN SHAKE AFTER THAT. I INCREASE TO 45 MIN SESSIONS FOR LAST 6-8 WEEKS. ALL THE SHOWS THAT I HAVE DONE HAVE BEEN CONGRATS ON HOW HARD COME IN BUT JUST LOOSE 2 MUCH SIZE GETTING THERE.

Thats how I do mine also. I would add in some branched chains first thing before cardio in the am.
