We have teamed up with Boomerang studios to shoot a training video!

We are scheduling a hellacious training split to fit as much training as possible into the video.

We are going to have it ready for sale, and available by the Arnold classic in Columbus! This video will showcase us in full offseason training mode, with full intensity training.

Signing for presale requires no purchase. It is just for the purpose of letting me know how many copies to have available in quick release in time for the Arnold.

I keep saying video out of habit, but it will be a DVD.

We are planning to have it in release by the Arnold.

It will show Steve Kuclo and I training in the style of DC. It isn't a DC video though, so if we do something that isn't DC approved, it is because we're boneheads and didn't know it wasn't approved.

There will be as much nutritional info as possible. I am planning on a nutritional interview next thursday, as well as a segment showing me prepare my meals, and what exactly I eat each day.
