this is a very interesting read on honey and its uses, I saw this a few weeks ago and had my girl try it on a cut she got on her finger that was getting infected, 3 days later infection appeared to be gone and wound is close to healed.

I know organic honey made close to where you live can also cure most allergies(seasonal) too.. I think you just take 1tablspoon 3x a day. check out the article its pretty interesting!

there are no natural miracle workers, honey may help to some extent. I actually at one time used to have the "bear" honey in my middle console in my car.. after the gym I would shoot a squirt down my mouth for post insulin spike...

I beg to differ on the natural miracle workers statment, but thats my opinion. I also used to take the honey in post workout for some quick carbs too.. works very well and dosent spoil in the heat sittin your car all day!

my grandma used to have me take a few spoons of honey when i had a sore throat, it really helped to sooth it. I think it coats the throat and helps to stop swelling or inflamation when sick...
