Relocating to Miami, Fl any decent hardcore gyms?

I have a friend that is moving to Miami in a few weeks time and he is interested in finding a decent gym preferably (hardcore) I told him to Check out Big Heinz's place...and he will... I told him to Check out THunder gym if is still around... Former IFBB pro Evonne Vazquez used to train there if my memory serves me... I have trained at a few others in Miami as well.... but some of the place have now gone out of business etc.

miami (southbeach) has two things.... gyms and nightclubs.

he won't have any trouble finding a gym... most are suited for bodybuilders anyway. I was at a good one the one time i went down there, there were some lesser known pro's, can't remember the name though.

Absolutely. One of the nicest ones around is Big Heinz's. Big Heinz is a member of the board and also a sponsor. He's a great guy.

Iron Peoples is small, nut REALLY good. If it's close, I would workout there. Somewhat hardcore too!
