George's athletes dominated at the north americans this past weekend
master heavyweight winner and overall winner - prepped by George Farah
open super heavyweight winner - prepped by George Farah
open heavyweight winner and overall winner - prepped by George Farah
open light heavyweight winner - prepped by George Farah
wow
now let me say this I have seen a lot of people come in shredded this year but looked small (daryl terrel at north americans). some guys like daryl are soo conserned about coming in shredded with shredded glutes that they do nothing but put themselves in swimmer status. I have heard phil hernon say it a thousand times you must be conditioned with muscle, there is a sweet spot so to say that involves nailing the prep to have both, size and conditioning! and it looks like George's athletes at the north americans did the best at bringing this combo and coming the closest to the "sweet spot".
